Bancroft’s is a leading co educational independent school for pupils aged 7 to 18.
Across the Prep School, Senior School and Sixth Form, pupils benefit from academic ambition, excellent pastoral care and a rich co curricular life.
St. Aubyn’s is a co educational independent preparatory school for children aged 3 to 11.
The School provides a broad and holistic education, supporting academic and creative success within a strong and caring community.
Woodford Green Prep is a co educational independent preparatory school for children aged 3 to 11.
The School combines academic rigour with a wide range of opportunities and experiences, encouraging every child to achieve their best.
Being part of the Bancroft’s Family of Schools does not mean that the schools will become the same.
Each school will retain its:

• Head and Senior Leadership Team
• Staff and curriculum
• Traditions and ethos
• Distinctive character
• Existing school site
Pupils will continue to attend their own school. Their routines, pastoral support and daily school experience will remain familiar.
Families will continue to be supported by the staff who know their children best.
Eligible pupils at St. Aubyn’s and Woodford Green Prep will have access to the Bancroft’s Senior School Pathway.
The Pathway will give families an earlier opportunity to have their child considered for a conditional Year 7 place at Bancroft’s Senior School.
Entry will not be automatic. Pupils will be considered through a careful review of attainment, assessment information, effort, attitude to learning and suitability for Bancroft’s. Bancroft’s admissions standards will remain unchanged.
Pupils at Bancroft’s Prep will continue to progress to Bancroft’s Senior School, subject to meeting the School’s usual expectations. Families at St. Aubyn’s and Woodford Green Prep will continue to receive support when considering the full range of senior school choices.
