A Level 2024

• 92% of results were graded A*-B
• 75% of results were graded A*-A
• 34% of results were graded A*
• Two students were top performers in OCR’s A Level Art and Design
• 16 students received 3 or more A*s

GCSE 2024

• 91% of results were graded 9-7 
• 77% of results were graded 9-8 
• 48% of results were graded 9 
• Four students were top national performers in OCR’s GCSE Art and Design: Fine Art 
• 26 pupils achieved nine or more Grade 9s 
• 15 pupils received straight grade 9s across all subjects 
• 51 Year 10 pupils took GCSE Mathematics a year early, with 98% achieving a Grade 9

Psychology Added our Sixth Form Curriculum

We are delighted to announce that Psychology has been introduced as a new A Level subject at Bancroft’s.

This exciting addition to our curriculum reflects our commitment to offering a diverse and dynamic range of academic options.

Psychology A Level will provide students with a deep understanding of human behavior, cognition, and emotion.

The course is designed to develop critical thinking, research skills, and an appreciation for the complexities of the human mind.

Through rigorous study, students will explore various psychological theories and research methods, preparing them for further education or careers in fields such as psychology, social sciences, and beyond.
