16+ Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in Bancroft's Sixth Form.

Our 16+ intake for September 2024 is for children born between 1 September 2007 and 31 August 2008.

The examination takes place at Bancroft’s on Friday 1 November 2024, with interviews on Saturday 16 November 2024.

If you know that your child will be unable to attend, it is important that you contact the Admissions Department for advice before completing the registration form. admissions@bancrofts.org.

Assisted Places

If you are looking to apply for an Assisted Place (a means tested place designed to support children from lower income families), please do not complete the registration but fill in the Initial Assessment of Income Form.
