Beyond Bancroft’s

Our first-rate careers education helps our Sixth Formers identify how their strengths, weaknesses and interests relate to the world of work. We want every one of them to know that they own their career aspirations, plans and decisions from the outset. Pupils are supported so that they have the knowledge and confidence to go out and achieve their aspirations outside of Bancroft's.

Through a programme of activities both within and alongside the curriculum we aim to prepare our Sixth Formers for their future lives in education and work.  We develop career planning together with all the employability and management skills needed to make successful transitions. We believe that effective careers education and guidance not only contributes to the well-being of individuals but raises their aspirations.
