Phab is a national charity which aims to promote and encourage children and adults of all abilities to come together on equal terms, to achieve complete inclusion within the wider community and to enjoy life toghether. Phab celebrated its Golden Jubilee in 2007, having been established in 1957. Phab supports a network of around 180 clubs throughout England and Wales for all age-ranges, offering activities and holidays which members can share and enjoy.

The Epping Forest Phab Club meets at Bancroft’s in the Prep Hall on Monday evenings. Members enjoy a variety of activities, such as arts and crafts, boccia, team games, karaoke, multi-sport, seasonal parties and barbeques, as well as trips for example, to bowling or London Zoo. A recent highlight was an inter-club Boccia Tournament which was hosted by the Epping Forest Club and took place in Bancroft’s sports hall. Several members of our Sixth Form are regular volunteers at Epping Forest Phab.
