ISI Inspection Report

We are delighted that the Independent Schools Inspectorate have awarded us ‘excellent’ for the two areas they grade: the quality of the Prep pupils’ academic and other achievements, and the quality of their personal development. Being ‘doubly excellent’ is the highest accolade that ISI can give for the ‘quality of education’ element of an inspection; they also found us to be fully compliant in the ‘regulatory compliance’ element.
Our previous full inspection report was also glowing and it is very pleasing to have maintained our high standards whilst introducing so many new initiatives both curricular and co-curricular. Our staff deserve huge praise as do the children of Bancroft’s Prep School. We love working with them and it is incredibly rewarding to see that others judge us to be having such a positive impact upon their academic and personal development.
