Alex’s Incredible 117-Hole Golf Challenge
Displaying exceptional endurance and commitment, Alex took on ‘The Longest Day Golf Challenge’ to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support.
Starting at dawn at 4:45 am, Alex played continuously until 10:15 pm, finishing his final hole in near-total darkness after 17.5 hours of non-stop golfing. His extraordinary effort was supported during the final round by Bancroft’s staff Mr Eghoyan, Mr Raw, Mr Foley, and Mr Hall.
The challenge set a goal of 100 holes in a day, but Alex surpassed it with 117 holes—equivalent to 6.5 rounds of golf.
