In this episode, we speak to Antonia Fryer-Green, our Director of Learning Strategy and SENCo, about her journey from speech and language therapy into education and the different roles she has held during her 17 years at Bancroft’s.
Following our recent recognition as Best SEND School 2026 by The Week Independent Schools Guide, Antonia also reflects on how attitudes towards SEND have changed over the years, what she finds most rewarding about her work and why sometimes the simplest things can make the biggest difference to a pupil’s time at school.
