Excellent Results in Physics Challenge

Our Fifths have achieved outstanding success in this year’s BPhO Intermediate Physics Challenge, a national competition that stretches pupils well beyond the GCSE Physics curriculum.
Together, they brought home an impressive total of 35 medals, including;
7 Gold, 20 Silver and 8 Bronze
In the weeks leading up to the competition, pupils dedicated their Thursday lunchtimes to preparation sessions with Mr Ceeraz, developing the skills needed to tackle the paper’s demanding multi-step problems.
As well as embracing the opportunity to explore physics in greater depth, they enjoyed the challenge of thinking beyond the usual syllabus and applying their knowledge in new and exciting ways.
