GCSE Spotlight: Seb Celebrates Straight 9s
If you’ve been to any of our productions or concerts, you’ve undoubtedly seen Seb in action.
Since he joined us at age 7, he’s been at the heart of Bancroft’s musical life.
Now, he’s added to his impressive list of achievements by earning a flawless set of Grade 9s in all 10 of his GCSEs.
‘I am heavily involved in the school music department, playing the trumpet, piano, and singing, in various groups and ensembles, such as Sinfonia, Bancrofts’ Singers and Soul Band. love taking part in the Drapers’ Hall concerts every March, as it’s always amazing to get the chance to play there.;’
Looking ahead, he is eager to focus on his chosen A Level subjects: Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
“I’m really looking forward to studying these subjects in more depth,” Seb said. “It’s exciting to dive deeper into topics I’m passionate about.”
While Seb’s future plans aren’t set in stone, his ambition is clear. He hopes to study a subject like Physics or Maths at a top university and pursue a STEM-related career.
