Pride Week

Pride Week at Bancroft’s came in many forms. Some moments were loud and joyful, others more thoughtful and reflective.

We began with a whole-school assembly and a powerful video, where staff shared personal reflections on what Pride means to them and why it matters.

Youth Ambassadors from Just Like Us,  spoke openly about their experiences growing up LGBT+. Their honesty encouraged empathy, understanding and conversation.

The Quad became a pop-up party during lunchtime on Thursday, with Just Dance, face painting, cookie decorating, crafts, music and a Krispy Kreme sale in support of elop
