Bancroft’s at Edinburgh

Congratulations to the cast of this year's Bancroft's Players' production at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.  Their opening performance of Stephen Sondheim's Company, directed by Head of Drama Ms Elie Middleton, proved a sell out. The recent weeks of intensive rehearsals had proved worthwhile.  Performances are daily at 6.40pm until Saturday 16 August at theSpace on North Bridge.

Robert, 35, believes his life is perfect. He is intelligent, attractive, witty, and… unmarried. All his friends are coupled up, some have several marriages under their belts! Throughout the show whilst observing his friends in close detail, he comes to realise that the life not worth examining is an unlived life, that is, one without company.
