Biggest Coffee Morning in the World

Pupils once again joined enthusiastically in the “World’s Biggest Coffee Morning” to raise funds for MacMillan Cancer Support.  Both Prep and Senior Schools held cake sales during break times on Thursday 27 and Friday 28 September when a fantastic array of homemade cakes, cookies, brownies, biscuits and other delicious treats were on sale.  In the Senior School pupils crowded around the stalls which were organised by our Thirds and the sound of satisfied munching soon filled the school.  Pupils needed little encouragement to indulge in the goodies raising in excess of £800 (and still counting) for the annual event which encourages Macmillan supporters to get together with friends and family and host a coffee morning to raise funds to help people affected by cancer.
